Qian Zhong is a London-based painter born in Chengdu, China. She graduated from the MA Painting programme at the Royal College of Art in 2025. Her work explores the point at which attraction begains to unravel. She is interested in the moment when a carefully constructed surface begins to come undone, where glamour gives way to ambiguity and the boundaries of the body begin to dissolve.
